Matthew Kutcher President 2012
Mr. Mathew Kutcher was elected to serve as PROPEL President for the 2012-2013 term. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for the past four years.
Matt Kutcher is currently a Director and Relationship Manager in the Private Banking USA business within Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC. He has seventeen years of industry experience advising institutional and high net worth families in all aspects of wealth management.
Matt holds an Undergraduate degree in finance from Hofstra University, has a Masters degree from the University of Miami, and is also a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Originally from Long Island, NY, he has been living in Florida with his wife and two young children for the past 13 years.
Matt is both committed to his clients as well as the local community. He is an active member of the Jewish Federation, currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Professional Advisory Committee (PAC).
Andrew Scott Member Ex Officio
The former Chairman and Member Ex Officio Andrew J. Scott, III served as PROPEL President from 2008 2011. He is a proven leader having served as a police executive with almost 30 years of experience in law enforcement matters. In the past he served as Chief of Police for the City of Boca Raton, Florida, and Assistant Police Chief for North Miami Beach, Florida, Mr. Scott actively participated in crime prevention programs, an FBI anti-terrorism task force, multi-agency anti-gang efforts and police forensic committees. He brings a wealth of experience and vision to the PROPEL Board of Directors. Mr. Scott is President of Scott Roberts & Associates which specializes in background checks. He is a partner in Tesco Evidence (The Evidence Storage Company) which specializes in evidence storage. Mr. Scott's other community roles include his service as the District Chairman of the Gulf Ridge Council Boy Scouts of America for Boca Raton, Delray and Boynton.
